Refunds

In the event of a scheduled tour cancellation by A Tour of Possibilities, LLC, we will send you an email to notify you that we will issue a refund. A credit for the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

If you cancel a scheduled tour more than 7 days in advance, then a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If you cancel a scheduled tour less than 7 but more than 4 days in advance, then a 50% refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If you cancel a scheduled tour 72 hours or less in advance, then no refund will be processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you are owed a refund and have not received it yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If you cancel a tour for which we issued a gift certificate, then we will process your refund upon our

receipt of the gift certificate from you. The refund will be processed in accordance with the provisions

of the “Refunds” section above, with all timeframes being determined based upon the date of our

receipt of the returned gift certificate.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and

clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
